"ABC Player" Definition
|
An ABC player is usually very predictable. Such player generally reads a poker book or two and follows them to the word. He always plays hands the same way and are generally pretty tight.
For example: "When I'm sitting in a low-stakes game, I'm basically ABC. Fancy moves don't work on opponents who aren't playing enough attention to notice them."
These types of players are often winners at lower stakes and loose games but are easily crushed by advanced players.
