"Counterfeit" Definition
|
A 'Counterfeit' card is one that doesn't improve a player's hand, but instead, makes it worse. Example: you have 76 and the flop comes 8-9-T, so you have a straight. Now an 7 comes on the turn. This has counterfeited your hand and made it almost worthless.
